"Antarika is a way of surrendering to what I cannot control, and achieving some peace and quiet joy in a time of chaos. It's transformative"

When the pandemic shutdown began, I reached out to Nirmala Seshadri, and asked her to create a sequence of breath and movement exercises to help me cope with the anxiety and uncertainty of the months ahead. She came through for me, customizing the sequence for my needs, and adapting it in each class depending on the state of my mind and body each specific day.

Even though we are on different continents, and the class could have felt disconnected, it did not. I felt restored to myself, and was better able to cope with the tasks ahead.

I have been doing the routine on my own for the past month, and it is one of the best, most anticipated parts of my day. It is just for me. And it is a way of surrendering to what I cannot control, and achieving some peace and quiet joy in a time of chaos.

I cannot say enough good things about Antarika. Give it a try. It’s transformative.” ~ Radha Lath, Writer
