Our Company was founded by Nirmala Seshadri who brings over 3 decades of experience in the fields of dance, yoga and other somatic practices & therapeutic modalities.

We use multiple modalities including Mindfulness practices, Restorative yoga, Conscious breathing techniques, Multisensorial stimulation, Spontaneous movement exploration to heal and transform lives.

Our clients are from diverse age, cultural and professional backgrounds. We conduct personalised 1-on-1 training as well as workshops for groups, including companies.
