This programme will introduce you to techniques and exercises that will help you reflect, contemplate, observe your thoughts and ideas, and express yourself confidently. Through discussion, brainstorming and introduction to techniques of relaxation and reflection as well as literature, drama and dance, you will engage in the artistic process of imagining and responding.
