This session is an introduction to the ANTARIKA® therapeutic movement system, a holistic approach to bring inner harmony using  body, breath & movement. Created by breath and movement practitioner Nirmala Seshadri, it is a combination of mindfulness practices, restorative movement, conscious breathing techniques, multisensorial stimulation and spontaneous movement exploration. ANTARIKA® helps improve emotional, mental and physiological well being. This session is for individuals or couples.
