This foundation 12-session module provides you the good entry point into ANTARIKA. It will equip you with daily wellness routines comprising conscious breathing and movement exercises, mindfulness meditation, gentle stretching and relaxation techniques. You will acquire valuable tools to help tackle stress, fatigue, depression and insomnia.
